Tottenham midfielder Jamie O’Hara has attracted the interest of newly promoted club Newcastle United.

Toon boss Chris Hughton is expected to strengthen his squad for their Premiership return, despite the board announcing a limited transfer budget.

Local newspapers have reported that Hughton has been strongly linked with Tottenham midfielder O’Hara, who is also wanted by new West Ham United boss Avram Grant.
