Lionel Messi Versus Vincent Enyeama Of Nigeria – Video

Argentina’s star winger Lionel Messi played the entire game on Argentina’s opening match 1-0 victory against Nigeria.

The Barcelona star had several opportunities to score but was repeatedly denied by the in-form Nigeria goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama.

Argentina could have won the game comfortably with Messi scoring at least 4 or 5 goals but this was not to be.

The 28 year old goalkeeper who plays for Hapoel Tel Aviv repeatedly denied Lionel Messi from creating World Cup history.

Enyeama made six fine saves, four of them from Lionel Messi, and was the major reason for Nigeria coming so close to almost pinching a draw against the two-time world champions.

Despite the loss, Enyeama was named Man of the Match.
