Moratti : I Am Upset With Jose Mourinho

Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti admits he’s upset over the manner of Jose Mourinho’s departure.

Mourinho has been hinting for several weeks that he could move on at the end of the season and confirmed he’d like to join Real Madrid after winning the Treble.

Moratti told reporters that : “We never really sat down and discussed the future between us,”.

“He is a great professional. It’s a shame that his timing wasn’t great.

“He didn’t even try to explain it to me and help me to understand. It was always done through statements.

“I think he is attracted by this challenge and new adventure in Madrid. Knowing him a little bit – not a great deal – I believe this is what interests him, more than it being an issue about money.”
